I honestly do not have any idea about graphic cards. Could you guys please tell me NVIDIA GT 610 2GB DDR3 IS Better or ATI RADEON R7 240 1GB DDR5 IS BETTER? And by how much will the performance will be better? I may sound a little foolish as I do not know anything about Graphic cards! Please help me!

These are both low end cards. If was going to choose one, it would be the Nvidia card. Despite only having DDR3 memory, it is much quicker and has more memory. I wouldn't spend less than £100 on a GPU.
