I upgraded my Windows 8 to 8.1 a week or so ago (accidently, I never wanted to have anything to do with 8.1 again after the last time when my apps such as skype and the camera stopped working) and just as the last time all my apps now won't work. Just like that. After an entire week. This time is a bit different tho, I try to enter an app in the start menu, but when i click it it takes me back to my desktop. I can see the app icon down in the bar on the bottom of the screen but when I click it nothing happens. Have anyone had the similar problem and know a way out? last time i reset my computer to how it was before I upgraded to Win 8.1 but I have a feeling I'll face this problem again someday if I don't solve it the right way. Thanks for any help!
