yes, it will run it very good. make sure to anable v-sync because that gpu will pump out alot more than what the gta needs. Also i would recommend getting a r9 280x instead of a gtx 770 because the extra memory and higher bus rate will be needed very soon. i recommend picking one from asus but you can choose evga if you want too.
