So i played the game on ultra on low med high and the max usage was 70 avg is 28-50 as i know i need i7 3th gen or i7 4th gen will i be able to play the game with this cpu and gtx 770 msi twin frozr on ultra? Also is my cpu eating damage from it?

Solution
Techspot's review pretty clearly indicates that the "Core i7" requirement is nonsense. Your Core i5 will do just as well (see the diagram below). And a GTX 770 would give you smooth performance at 1080p Ultra.

Sorry, i couldn't understand what you are trying to say exactly? But to the level i have understood, i have answered below:

No, for gaming your i5 3350p this is more than enough. So you have a GTX 770 and this will give you more frames, and you can play the game in ultra with your current cpu and gpu. You want an i7 to play this game.

I was in hurry sorry so i'l keep up with this cpu. Thanks for the answer!

Higher. Your CPU is very similar to the Core i5-3570K, just slightly lower clocks (and not much overclocking). In that chart I'd expect it to be in the group of CPUs maxing out at 82 FPS (as fast as the graphics card or some other component allows it to run). At most 2-3 FPS lower.
