Hey all. I upgraded from a Radeon 5770 to a GTX 760 right before the final release of Elder Scrolls Online. I was previously playing ESO in the Beta on my HD 5770 with few problems. Once I upgraded I ran into a world of serious lag spikes that would freeze my entire game and computer for about 10 seconds. I experienced not stop game stuttering too, on almost any setting. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f4qn7VXCd-0
On my other games it's somewhat ok. APB Reloaded requires some tweaking with the graphics but it runs fine. Dayz Standalone is alright too. Arma 3 on the other hand.. I can't really play multiplayer at all. It's non stop stuttering with frequent 2 second lag spikes at times. I was playing on Ultra. I turned EVERYTHING down or disabled it if possible, and my FPS went from 11 to 18. What?? This isn't making any sense.

It might be your RAM, there might not be enough of it. Something similar happened to me when I tried to play PlanetSide 2 on max settings. Your CPU also is probably bottlenecking your graphics card from its potential. The other thing is that you didn't specify your PSU. Someone else might be able to give their input.

So you put an afterburner on pinto engine? You are going to get what you get from the weakest part in your system.

Try to find an I5 to put into your system, if you can afford it.

Also, what is the watts on your PSU? Brand and model.
