Windows 7 Dual Apple Thunderbolt Display and Discrete graphics?

I'm looking to upgrade my setup for more screen real estate and thunderbolt capabilities.

I'm going to hopefully get:

I already own a i5 2500k, 16GB DDR3 2133MHz RAM and a 750W modular power supply.

I also own a macbook pro 13" mid-2012 that I also want to connect sometimes.

I'm planning on using Lucid Virtu MVP to push the graphics card horsepower through to the thunderbolt port OR use the displayport on the GPU in a daisy chain configuration.

What I need to know is, what graphics card should I get, and will thunderbolt daisy chaining work through the ASUS thunderbolt port? I was looking probably at a GTX 770? Budget is not so much of an issue (And by that I mean, its not $200 or something stupidly low, but I would rather not spend $4000... :P).

Any help would be appreciated.
