150mpbs vs 300mbps network adapter

Solution
Do you use the wireless for anything other than accessing the Internet? Some people stream video over it, and require Wifi that's faster than their Internet connection. If all you intend to use Wifi for is Internet access, then get the lesser one if it's cheaper.

Your internet speed will not change. What will change is your link speed. That might not matter to you, link speed is how quickly you transfer data between your switch, therefore amending the speed you communicate with your whole LAN, assuming they work at 300Mbps or above (CAT6e cabling is 1Gbps).

I'd suggest the 300Mbps adapter. You might not need it now, but with FTTP coming closer and closer, doesn't hurt to be prepared.
