I want to run most new and upcoming games on max setting with 60+ FPS.
My specs:
Intel i7 4770

gtx 770

ASUS B85M-G ATX Motherboard

G. Skill X series 8 gb (2x4) memory

Thanks in advance guys!

That should run most games at max/uber settings at 60+fps, at 1080p. If you try 1440 or above, you probably wont get 60fps on max/uber, depending on the game.

Definitely COD is not know for being graphically challenging for even modest setups, your rig should do great running the new one :)

I would get the Xeon E3-1230V3. It's a very slightly underclocked i7 4770 with no integrated graphics and it costs a lot less. The spared money could be used for a better GPU or some other improvement.

That's just a marketing gimmick; Server processors only have a few differences when compared 'normal' CPUs.

1. They support ECC RAM (this is actually a plus, nothing to worry about).
2. Some of them don't have integrated graphics (like this one), but it doesn't matter since you have a dedicated graphics card.
3. Usually a 0.1 GHz lower clockspeed to make it look like it's less powerful (the actual difference in performance is something like 3%).

Otherwise the processors are identical.
