Bad performance WHY?

Hi All
I have just purchased a new graphic card (Sapphire Vapor-X R9 280x), becuase i thought that was my problem when i got lacking in games like Metro last light and now Wolfenstein The new order.
I had Readon HD5850 in my machine before.

But after installing the graphic card I still have lacking.
And when i try to run 3DMark Then I get some flickering (I also got that in Wolfenstein The new order) and I freezes, so i don't have any result from that benchmark (see the links have here, video off the 3DMark and lacking in Metro Last light, I know the sound screaming is my phone, it has to go to support , the lacking in Metro video is not the worst I have experience)

BUT i have run the SiSoftware Sandra lite 14 and I get a BAD result.
I have installed all the new drivers, and I have a 850W power in my computer.
I hope you can help me, trying to understand the bad result and the bad performance I think I have.
