What settings can my PC run on Watch Dogs?

Specs:
Intel core 2 quad
8 gb of RAM
GTX 460 1GB
Windows 7 64 bit

Should I buy on PS4 instead?

Any help would be great!

Go get a new graphics card or buy the console. Because your processor and RAM is just above the minimum specs. GTX 460 is the bare minimum, so get another graphics card if you like pc more than console.

I'm not a fan of Console gaming anymore however buying the PS4 version might be a good idea.

Ubisoft promised a patch for the game however until the patch is released even high end systems will get lag and hitching.
