If you could check this build is compatible for me please I'm planning on upgrading my PC:

Current Specs:

Motherboard : Foxconn H61MXL-K

CPU : Intel i5-2320 @3.0Ghz

Graphics Card : AMD HD6670 2GB DDR3

PSU: Sorry but I can't even remember it's a terrible Jeantech PSU or something I think, definitely changing.

[ RAM : 8GB 1333Mhz ]
[ HD : 1.5TB ]

I plan on switching the PSU first to a:
Corsair CXM 750W
(I know the 750W is a bit overkill but I may plan on upgrading again in the future)
I was wondering to get semi-modular or fixed
cables? (Semi-modular being £10 extra)

And I was planning on switching my Radeon 6670 to a GTX 750Ti:
(I have checked size of the graphics card and it will fit)

If you could see any problems I could encounter (Please tell me if the system is compatible) or give some advice it would be much appreciated, thanks.

Basically you are just asking if the gfx card and PSU are good and if there will be any issues? I don't see anything wrong with the choices. Yes, that PSU is WAY more than you need for the 750 Ti. And the Foxconn MB won't take much overclocking. It can't accept a second card either. The current processor isn't designed for OC'ing , so unless you plan on changing MBs and going to a K processor, a 650W will allow for any single card out there right now. If fact even with a new MB and K processor, a 650W will be sufficient. 750W and bigger generally are desired for SLI or CF configurations.

Modular has the benefit of better cable management because you don't usually use all the cables. So there is less cable clutter to deal with and to retard air flow. But non modular is fine if you have the room in your case to deal with all the unused cables.

My OEM 300W runs a 750ti overclocked, so you won't need the Corsair to run it.
With your build, here's something I would recommend.

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

It has enough wattage and is a quality supply made by Seasonic, one of the best manufacturers in the game.
