I have 8 GB ram and windows 8.1 puts me 2,5 GB to stanby memory.
I have disabled prefetch and superfetch,
Please tell me what else do this, i dont want stanby memory, i am ssd user and i dont need it.
This stanby memory cause only that i dont have a lot of free memory and it shutdown my apps.
Thank you very much for ideas.

I think you are misunderstanding how stand by memory works see here

Standby Memory =memory that contains cached data and code that is not actively in use (but allocated for programs running to be used as needed)

I have found that if you disable your page file (which some people do to free up ssd space) the amount of standby memory needs to be increased to accommodate the change.

No in resorce manager under Watch Dogs i have 3 GB used memory.
If i look at it with rammap, it shows 1,7 GB used memory and 1,3 GB stanby memory.
So in resource manager under used memory is also included stanby memory for this application.
For example supefetch monitoring when and which apps you use and hold datas in standby memory even this application doesn´t run, that is stanby memory in resource manager.
Windows is bugged and uses all my free memory like standby, after i dont have free memory.
I need to find out which things cause this issue, because or i will must buy new ram.
Dont tell me you need 16GB ram on games, even Metro 2033 can be runned with 1 GB and i am pretty sure, that there aren´t another standby memory without application stanby memory.
Just Windows is stupid and fulfils free memory with standby datas and after cries for no memory, thats all.
8 GB are more than enought on gaming, i just need optimalize it.
I dont care about space on ssd but about rewrited datas.
I dont know if smart is kiding but after 2 weeks on me new ssd i have 0,74TB rewrited, also i used only 110GB.
It seems like superfetch and prefetch still running because, after playing watch dogs i have a lot of bigger stanby memory (4,6 GB).
But it registry i have value 0 at both items.
Same windows sometimes switch on items even they are disabled.

When i started watch dogs at morning, stanby memory cuts about 1 GB.
It must was Watch Dogs datas.
So i must have switched on superfetch or prefetch, or something else what holds datas of application in stanby memory even these applications doesn´t run.
After i dont have enought memory on apps which run..

I found out, that rammap can clearstanby memory.
I did that and everything runned smooth without every problem.
But windows started take stanby memory again.
I need disable this shit.
Some idea please ?
How i can check, that superfetch and prefetch are reallyy disabled ?
