Frame rate drops in games

My set up is

- 600 Watts - Standard 80 Plus Certified Power Supply - SLI/CrossFireX Ready

Now I have no Idea what much of this means all I know is that frames are at 200+ in Counter strike then are at like 30

  1. Well, I don't think your motherboard supports that CPU. Very few motherboards support the water heater that is the 9xxx series.

    Yeah, the Extreme3 can barely get enough power to the 8320 with its poor 4+1 power delivery lol I'm 96.2% sure that's what's happening. You need a motherboard that can supply the right amount of power to that. This looks like it was copy/pasted from a pre-built's webpage. If I were you I would contact them and have them send you a motherboard that is capable of fully powering the 9370.
