Getting bluescreens when my pc falls asleep

When ever my pc falls asleep and i wake it up i gives me a blue screen what do i do?

I got this message

Your RAM could be the problem as it will hold the last state as memory and boot up with that memory of last state.
Test sleeping with each of the RAM sticks or just one in different slot to see any faulty slots or RAM sticks.
