This is my first setup that I have made myself and im wondering if all the parts are compatible and up to date. Also if the price could be reduced without a sacrifice in performance I would be happy.
also I am not a fan of AMD.

Overall, not a bad computer build. SSD for operating system and a few programs would increase the overall performance. The 1TB HDD could be used for games or whatever you require. You could get the i5 3570k processor if you want to overclock the CPU but you would need to get an aftermarket CPU cooler.
