Will my CPU handle a GTX 770?

I have a Intel Core i7 2600 @ 3.40ghz, and I'm wondering if it would bottle neck the 770. I'm still new to the pc world so please help guys.

If you're not getting a second GPU later, you won't be needing more than 550W.

I recommend Antec, XFX, Seasonic and Corsair (TX, HX and AX series only).

Its a stock PSU that came with my pc, its only 400w, I'm planning on getting a Corsair 700w or 800w.

It works with 1st gen i7's also =) Even at stock speeds of 2.67GHz, I don't believe I am bottlenecked at my CPU although I have not done any formal testing. Nothing has led me to believe my GTX 770 SC 2GB is being choked by my CPU.
