I just bought a SATELLITE C50-A-1JT laptop without a pre-installed operating system and it won't boot from usb or cd.I tried installing Windows 7 and 8...none is working (the cd and usb i used are working perfectly on other computers though) I loocked on the Internet for a solution but all I could find was to switch the boot from UEFI to CSM...but there is no option to do that (my BIOS version is 1.10). All I could do was to disable the secure boot.
I would appreciate any help.
Thank you in advance...and sorry if I spelled anything wrong...I'm not a native English speaker.

Solution
Try Pressing the key during bootup that corresponds to "Select Boot Device" and then select UEFI that matches your install device.
You may need to add the USB or DVD drive to the uefi boot order first.
