Hot CPU Temps?

Are my temps to high? Attached are to gyazo pictures showing my task manager at the time with a few mnor programs running and I was at 54 celcius but close to 60 at times. When I start gaming I am sure it gets much warmer. Is this to hot? Thanks

Need more info:
ambient temperature?
What cpu cooler you are using?
How long you had the pc on before you checked the temps?
How long you had your cpu?

If you're running a stock cooler, those temps are going to be that high. They could be a little lower, even with the stock cooler. Have you tried cleaning your system? Remove as much dust as you can.

Suztera :

Ambient temperature= 65-80 farenheigt
cpu cooler= stock
I have had my cpu around 5 months- it is the 4670k
It has been on for around 8 hours now
