Will I be bottlenecked?

MSI CSM-H87M-G43 LGA 1150 Intel H87 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard

Intel Core i5-4670 Haswell 3.4GHz LGA 1150 84W Desktop Processor Intel HD Graphics BX80646I54670

GIGABYTE GV-N770OC-4GD GeForce GTX 770 4GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 HDCP Ready WindForce 3X 450W Video Card

The graphics card is about 400... wherease the processor and processor are cheaper. Will this effect my gameplay negatively? Will it take away the full potential of my GPU?

No. The 770 should be right in line with the 4670.

you will be golden in most everything except the most poorly coded games for pc. watchdogs has huge cpu requirements to push a good video card.

my 2500k@4.9ghz runs between 70 and 100 percent with a 6970 (equivilent.) pretty sad really.

So my motherboard doesn't really make a difference in performance? I just was worried .. it is only like 80 bucks and there are motherboards out there that are like 200 bucks. What's the necessity for a good motherboard when it comes to gaming?

The expensive motherboard are for heavy overclocking and aesthetics. The one you have is adequate although it the H81 features slightly less features than the H87.

The difference in motherboard prices is usually determined by these specs: compatible RAM speeds/RAM sockets, form factor (ATX, mATX, iTX, eATX), overclocking capabilities (power phase), PCIe slots for SLI/CrossFire, SATA ports (3GB/s, 6GB/s) and overall quality of circuit components.

If you are not worried about overclocking and have enough RAM, you should be fine with that board

Okay. Thank you sir. I just figured being that I was running a 4gb gfx card I'd need a stronger processor I am honestly surprised

The 4GB on that card only really helps with resolutions greater than 1080p.
