SYSTEM USAGE FROM MOST TO LEAST IMPORTANT: WATCHING MOVIES, surfing the internet, some gaming…not hardcore gaming)
PARTS BUY: Just TOWER…But I have 2 (two) (WD5001AALS) Western Digital Caviar Black 500GB/32MB cache. No mouse/keyboard needed.
DO YOU NEED TO BUY OS: YES (Windows)
PREFERRED WEBSITE(S) FOR PARTS: (Amazon, Ebay, newegg.com, ncix.com, etc)
LOCATION: San Juan, Puerto Rico
PARTS PREFERENCES: No Preference… Best Warranty
OVERCLOCKING: NO
SLI or Crossfire: NO idea on this.
YOUR MONITOR RESOLUTION: My 52 inches TV Sony Bravia KDL52XBR6. 16:9 Full Hd 1080p Resolution (1920x1080p) Lcd Panel. Maybe High Res Monitor Later.
ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: (All year around 80-85 Fahrenheit temperature, Not looking for beauty or quiet, just RELIABLE

Here is nice Stream Box Build

It will do even hard core gaming on low-medium (Like Battlefield 4, Crysis 3)

You said you had two 500GB HDDs, so I left that out of the build. The case will only take 1 HDD tho. But 500GB is still alot for just a streaming box.

And if you want to save a little more money, you could take out the Blu-Ray drive (I put that in because you said you were wanting to watch movies on it).
