Returning Graphics Card. Will I need to wait ?

My MSI 7950 seems faulty after one of the 2 fans stopped functioning. I have asked the community and they have told me to return it. But the question is will I have to wait for the store to find the problems or something or will they replace it immediately? I bought my parts from msy.com.au

They should just replace it , if it's a good business retailer.

Well they have replaced my brocken Tt sports keyboard with a different one, then my gigabyte keyboard had a misfunction but they couldn't find it so I had to wait a couple of weeks. Would they have a test bench to quickly test the graphics card on ?

If I will need to wait I can borrow my friend's old GT620 for the meantime. Should I call MSI before that to see if it is a commonly known problem?
