Unfortunitly their are no waterblock i know of for hte gtx 770 clasified so you will have to somone find some evga hydro coper ones
for radiators since you have the money i would get a black ice sr1 480 to put in the top and a 240 in the botom with some corsair sp120 quite editions for airflow, and finaly for the pump i would recomend a swiftech mcp-655 or one of rebrands and thats as much as i can give you as the fitings tubing and resovware are really dependent

Check EK watercooling site. They have a compatibility checker. They have a waterblock for the asus gtx 770 so they probably have one for the EVGA.

no because the classified is a none refrence design and quite francly universal blocks are not worth the trouble your much better off just scouring ebay for some hydro copper waterblocks

you can use their cooling configurator but i cant tell you it wont at least not a full cover block you will have to pick up a universal block and then get passive heatsinks for the VRM and ram since universal bocks are not full cover
