I was trying to overclock my cpu and after I did I exited the bios and my pc turned off then turned back on. After it turned on the monitor wouldn't come on, it was still on standby. After this happen I read on what other people did and nothing worked. Do I have to get a new pc or is there a way to fix it?

this can happen, fixing it should be as simple as clearing cmos, most motherboards have a button for it, some come with a cap in the box that you put over 2 heads to complete the circuit. Clearing cmos resets all motherboard settings and connected devices to factory setting so you will loose your overclock. On the other hand your pc should work

If your mobo don't have a cap, then take out the battery, and then put it back in. CMOS settings are kept with the battery, take it out and it resets the memory.
