2 Questions about FX8320 and Ga-970a-ud3p

First Question : Will the 8320 and the ga-970a-ud3p work with each other right out of the box without updating bios?

Second Question : Is this a good board to overclock the 8320 to 4GHZ+

Yes it's a decent overclocker with a 8+2 power phase design , ans yes by now the board should support it out of the box.

What do you think I could get out of the 8320 with this board and a hyper 212 evo?

Im still really scared about the processor not working without bios upgrade because on gigabyte's website it says "
To enable AM3+ AMD FX-Series CPU support, please update your motherboard with the most current BIOS found in your motherboard’s download section"

I run that combo, even I had the doubt if the Motherboard will be running my kingston hyperX 1866mhz, gigabyte didnt have them in the compatibility list but they work like a charm!.

I only have a doubt about how to OC it :p  to 4ghz
