I just built a new pc with a custom water loop. The loop goes from pump->480rad(4 noctuas in pull)->cpu->Nb Block->120rad(1 corsair 120sp quiet (in push)->pump.specs:Asus Maximus Hero-i7 4770k-corsair 8g 1866 Vengeance Pro.At idle my temps are 30c-32c.On Prime95 after 30 minuter my temps are at 70c-72c without overclocking! They drop to 52c for about 20 min. and then go back at 72c.Are these tems normal or i have done something wrong in my watercooling loop...?

Solution
Sounds about right for idle temps, if you're really concerned about these load temps (which are normal {dont know about watercooling normals though} for Haswell) then I would advise reseating the block and using less thermal paste, if you think you used too much. Haswell is fully stable up to 100C, but it's not advised to run it over 80C for extended amounts of time.
Thats to high for watercooling especially if it isn't even overclocked. Are you sure the CPU block is on right and you didn't use to much/to little thermal paste? Also make sure your pump is working and did you get all the air out of the hoses? If there is an air bubble it could circulate to the pump causing it to run dry.

Maybe i have put little more paste than the usual but its a real pain to dissasemble the gpu block. On the other hand when i do a stress test with aida64 (i read that is the best stress test for haswell)The maximum cpu tem is 66c and (hwmonitor) has an average cpu temp 55c after 30min...Also on aida64 when i do the stress test the clock of the cpu form 3.5 Ghz goes to 3.9.I have a d5 xspc pump which is running normal as i see.As for the bubbles it has one at the cpu block right up corner which i have done allmost everything to remove it but it stays there.....

Ambient temp is 26c-28c.And after i turn on my pc HWmonitor gives 30-32c.I ran also ran a (small fft) stress test on prime95 for about 40min and the average temp of the cpu was 69-70c.allthough the cores temps (0-4) were about 72-80c.
