AMD unveils Ryzen Pro 8000-series processors — Zen 4 and AI engines come to the commercial market

I want to build a quiet desktop for moderate gaming(prefer nVidia), Intel CPU, around $900. Any suggestion ?

Prefer:
Intel CPU 4th gen i7, nVidia, 8GB+ ram, at least 1TB+128SSD,
Quiet PC, but powerful relatively.
