What settings could I run Watch Dogs on?

I was wondering if I would be able to at least run Watch Dogs at decent quality. I know my GPU is out dated, I need to get a new one, so I know that's probably gonna be the biggest issue when determining the settings. Here's my specs:

CPU: AMD FX(tm)-8150 Eight-Core Processor (8 CPUs), ~3.6GHz
Ram: 12 Gb
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560 Ti
OS: Windows 7

Your system meets recommended system requirements. All is fine to play on max settings, however you'll be held down by your video card. I am using 1GB 550ti myself, and can't play smoothly on 1080p resolution. You'll need around 3GB card to see the full beauty of ultra settings. So would it just be better to buy it on the PS4? From what I've been told it runs on High on the console. I would normally get it for the PC, but if the PS4 version will run on higher settings then what my PC can give me, then I'll go with that.
