So first off I want to build the best complete pc build for around 1000-1200 dollars. This includes monitor, keyboard, mouse, and headset. I also prefer cherry mx blue and red switches for the keyboard. Lastly keep in mind that this pc needs to be able to record Battlefield 4 and games like Minecraft.

Solution
Here is my build for you, should be solid at 1080p, you have room for overclocking, and it should last a decent amount of time. The prices include California Sales Tax (8.5%) for some of the retailers so you should take that into account

I was looking at gaming at 1080p. Also I do know the keyboard and mouse I want but i just wanted too see what others had to say. But I want some help for the monitor and Headset. If it helps I do want to listen to music lightly. And I wouldn't mind a clip on mic with a separate headset.

Thanks! :)

A Rosewill 450w PSU is definitely a bad PSU for a GTX 770 and an i3 CPU is underpowered compared to the video card. A better combo is an i5-4670k, R9-280, and a good-quality 650w PSU. Antec, SeaSonic, and Corsair AX are some of the best PSU brands. Rosewill is a low-quality PSU brand.

EDIT: you can get Win 8.1 (64 bit) for 90 bucks, this was an old build I had saved so I didn't update that. That brings the price down to 1163.30

Solution
Why W8 Pro? I'd just get the home variety and save a few bucks.

How much is the r9 280X?

Why the water cooler? You can get a coolermaster hyper 212 evo for half that price.

Maybe save some money and get a better monitor - 24 in, 60hz, 1080p 2ms.

Obviously the build can be tweaked for budget and performance, and check the edit, also the monitor has a decent refresh rate and is an IPS panel. Input from more people is obviously better.
