I would not use a CX series PSU on a build of that expense and load.

Performs poorly in Advanced Transient Response test
Small and not so hot quality on caps

I'd use a TX V2 series if ya can find one or a RM series from Corsair. Seasonic M12 or XFX Cor Edition, Antec HCG / HCP are also decent choices.

Here is Guru3Ds power supply recommendation:

GeForce GTX 760 - On your average system the card requires you to have a 550 Watt power supply unit.
GeForce GTX 760 SLI - On your average system the card requires you to have a 700 Watt power supply unit.

If you are going to overclock GPU or processor, then we do recommend you purchase something with a bit more stamina.

Apologize if I wasn't clear. Not suggesting a 600 watt PSU .... the review was give as a testament of the CX model line's quality. The Guru3D quote I referenced details the req'd size for twin 760's .... 700 watts for stock, as they say .... a bit more stamina is needed for overclocking.....750 will get ya a moderate overclock.
