Solution nukemaster May 28, 2014 I do not think you could do much aside of getting right into the unit now. Even then the fan may simply have a defect and require replacement anyway. If it is under warranty it is best to just let Apple deal with it.

The fan may well be failing(by the same right, I have seen loud notebook fans run for YEARS) so it may be worth getting it looked at if you can. Upvote 0 Downvote
