ok really sorry guys I've been asking a lot of questions. Here's what I want
I want to overclock
I want a motherboard that has an overclocking utility
I want a gtx 760 or amd equivalent or better
I want a good case that has good cooling i don't need a lot of hdd bays or optical drive bays but I dont mind having them. I also want water cooling support(the most common size of radiators)
I want an Atx motherboard, someone explain a little in depth why a micro atx board would be better or just as good as an atx like what are the advantages. I dont know I just want an atx board.
for ram if you can get a better speed than 1600 go ahead but don't make it take up the budget I dont have to have it. I want something that is good quality so make sure the reviews are good 4 stars or better preferably. I want newer hardware if possible so like i don't want a two or three year old motherboard. Z87 or z97 is fine, can someone explain the difference i know its the chipset but what are the main differences. I have a hot room in my house so take heat into mind
I5 4670 k is the cpu i want
Oh yeah I'm only willing to buy from amazon newegg and best buy and fry's electronics
and i live in beautiful california where the sales tax is EIGHT PERCENT THATS 8%

Here's what I got but I'm sure some of you guys could do better. Also sorry again i feel bad making all these questions on the forums.

not a bad build...I would hold off as in a few months the older haswell cpu are going to be replaced. the brodwell cpu are dropping that why the x97 chipset came out. also with gpus both amd and nvidia are going to drp there 20mm gpu chips.
nvidia just trying to get foundry bugs worked out on there chips. (maxwell) as there already working on maxwell replacment for 2016..
also for the money on the power supply make sure it haswell tested. if your thinking of running two gpu look at a 850w power supply.

Here's the build I would recommend, but this will completely change by summer 2015 due to new parts and prices...
