Sorry for the extra random specs put in there.

If you could build a PC, you could build something much better for the price.

the cpu in the rig not bad for a high end amd gaming rig the amd 250 card is a very weak card. the min card for a gaming rig should be a 270x. (7870) replacment or a 760/770 gpu. the higher end 280/290 will be better (higher frame rates). the best gpu for gaming as the i5 cpu from intel. if I was you i save and wait a few months till you buy a gaming pc.
make sure the main boot drive is 120G ssd. (speed). also why i say wait on a new rig. right now intel is getting ready to replace the haswell 1150 cpu with there brodwell replacments. the new x97 mb have dropped so the new chips are going to drop soon. also both nvidia (maxwell gpu are dropping there delayed due to yield issues at the fundry). the newer maxwells do more work with less power then there older 700 brothers. also amd at some point will be dropping there newer gpu to counter nvidia. when newer tech drops you can sometimes pick up older gaming rigs cheaper price.
also amd fx line is a dead line...amd swap over to making apu chips. there no new fx cpu dropping.

I would personally build you own and buy what you want. Here is what I'd consider:

Intel version, no OC'ing CPU, but will perform quite well (Mobo has M.2 SATA slot on it for additional SSD support):

Both systems have:

* RAM with low profile heat spreaders, so if you use after market CPU/HSF you will have clearance for them.
* 240 gb SSD for Boot and some games/apps. This will allow you some breathing room for the games that you use most and then the extras will be offloaded to the 2 TB Data drive included!
* R9 280x GPU that will perform quite well for the $. Another option is the GTX 770 in similar performance and price range.
* Corsair 200R case that has plenty of room and is well built for the $.
* XFX 550w PSU that is quality built and will perform quite well with either build.
* I've included a pretty good keyboard and mouse, but you can decide if they meet your expectations.

or if you want a bit more CPU power and less GPU:

Those requirements are outdated. Ive run Minecraft on an i3 with 4 GB RAM, and it is laggy, slow, and annoying, especially while videoing

You build it, or have someone help you that you know who is familiar with building and you can select your parts. It's up to you, but by building it yourself (or with a friend) you learn more about computers and are then also more apt to troubleshoot problems that come up.
