can i run hd 7770 graphics card on a 2 gb ram

I would recommend at least a 500 watt power supply, but you might get away with a 400-450 watt unit. Also, you should be able to use the card with only 2 gb RAM - however some features will not be available until you get more RAM. I would suggest going with 8gb or more just to have all the features. I bought 16 gb for about $120....
