Help choose between these fans?

So, I'm upgrading the fans on my heatsink because the stock one died.

I have grown fond of Corsair's high static pressure fans.

Problem is, there are 2 versions for literally the same price, I'll link them below

Corsair Quiet Edition

Corsair High Performance Edition

I have no idea which to choose. I do like silence, because my rig is very quiet already. My GPU & my case fans barely make noise.

However, I do love having my temps optimal, so obviously higher performance would cool better, I would think.

My problem with the higher fan speed is this:
-My heatsink is situated so the fans can only blow up or down within my case.
-I have an exhaust fan in the upper part of my case, blowing upwards & out of the case.
-This exhaust fan spins at only 1300 RPM.

If I put a high performance fan facing up, it will spin at roughly 2400RPM, wont this strain the exhaust fan, as it only spins at around HALF the RPM?

(I know I can just move the exhaust fan, but personally, I like having a top mounted exhaust, so I can ensure hot air is more efficiently expelled out of it)

Input would be appreciated, you guys always give me the best answers & advice, and I really appreciate your help.

Also, if you have any other really reliable, heatsink fans (I have a hyper 212, so as long as it's 120mm, it should work) to recommend instead of these, please let me know. :D

Solution
If water cooling then the Static Pressure fans are OK. Air cooling is better with high air flow - Dynamic Pressure fans. They need to be pwm fans to get the most out of cpu fan headers.

Corsair are good, Noctua are better.

Thanks for the words of wisdom & the good articles.

That PWM mention made me realize I'm forgetful xD I completely forgot about PWM headers for the heatsink fan.

I still find myself drawn more towards the corsair fans, I just like how they look to be honest.

I hear great things about Noctua, but I find it very hard to accept their color choices. Their fans always seem to be brown/beige, which I personally think would look super weird in my build, because it's all black/blue. I know this is trivial, but it kind of bothers me if the fan looks really out of place.

I'm going to go through & keep reading up on the articles you guys posted & see what I decide on. I appreciate the help.
