Will this PC last me 3 more years? (i5 2320, gtx 760)

Okay, going to add a better gpu, hdd and psu into a PC built two years ago... will it last me 2-3 more years.

Specs-
i5-2320
Msi Nvidia GTX 760 (will add now)
RAM: Transcend 8 GB 1333 Mhz
HDD: 1 TB (will add now)
Mobo: DH61WW
PSU: Currently 400w, will it do? otherwise might add 600w psu

The graphics card is fine, you will be able to play newer games, though not everything on ultra. But they'll be playable of course ..
The card needs minimum 500w, so i'd recommend either one of these 600w Corsair, Sesonic, Antec, Enermax, XFX.
