Hey guys, ive been working on my computer and after i finished i tried to boot it for the first time. The leds turn on and ALL fans spin, except for the CPU fan, the CPU fan only spins like 0,25 rounds each time the system boots up. it automatically reboots and pressing the power button doesn stop it from rebooting. I've tried only connecting the mobo and CPU and CPU fan but it doesn't do the trick. I wonder what I did wrong and hope you guys can help me out.
My build: I5 4690 CPU, Asus gtx 760 2gb, corsair 600w PSU, gigabyte h81M-D2V , 2x4 gb corsair vengeance DDR3 1600,
edit: also I don't hear beeps when I try to boot.
