Hello
So yesterday I got watch dogs as part of the nvidia promo they had. When I play the game the following seems to happen on all the npc's

Also the road's will sometime flicker too as wlel as buildings. Now I have never had this with any other game I have played on my PC.
My Specs
i7 4770k 3.5ghz
8GB Ram
GTX780 3GB
Windows 8.1
On monday I added the updated drivers so I had 337.88 yesterday and that happend.
The game run pritty much full but the textures are set to high. I have put the setting as low as they can go and I still get the above issue.
The last thing I tried last night before i stopped was roll back to the previous drivers I had but this has not fixed the issue.
Anyone on here got any idea's as to how I can sort this out?
