I recently did a clean installation of Windows 8.1 on my Asus N55SF, and now my sound doesn't work, and the drivers won't install (They are Windows 7 drivers).
Before this clean installation I also had Windows 8.1, but this probably was an upgrade from Windows 7 or Windows 8. The driver seem to have come along with it.
When I try to install the driver, it goes all the way through the installation and at the end gives me the error "Run C:\Program Files (x86)\Realtek\Audio\ASF3GUI\ (Asus SonicFocus 3.0 GUI) failed.
Anyone has any solutions? Uninstalling the device in Device manager and restarting + trying to install the driver manually in Device manager did not work.
