SATA 3GB/s or 6GB/s?

This motherboard is what you want, may be a little expensive but I don't know the budget. Has 4 SATA 6GB/s ports but need yo to confirm the CPU, as it needs to be supported on the H97 socket. This motherboard will also work single channel 1333MHz.
