asrock z77 pro4 new build constantly restarting every 5 seconds and no beeps?

Hi guys, any help on this issue? I dont find this spesific issue anywhere and the things ppl recommed also doesnt help. I built up a new pc and everything is new except for the i7 2600k and my pc wont display any video and restarts every 5 seconds with no beeps? well its on for 5 seconds and then switches off for 3 seconds and then repeats.....

Please help out!

first I would check to see if when you installed the cpu you did not get any bent pins in the socket I do read this can happen... how about the dr debug display ?

also go back and reset your memory sticks and vid-card and psu connectors to insure there properly seated
