Fan and CPU cooler setup

I have a Define R4 case and I got a CM Hyper 212 Evo and another case fan, what direction should I mount the cooler and where should I put the extra fan?

I see it most commonly mounted with the fans pushing air towards the back of the case, make sure both fans are blowing the same direction and the fans should be similar. If they perform differently they can cause air flow issues
