network for rv park?

I am building an rv park and its about 500ft x 500ft. I have an internet svc provider but need to get the signal to everyone and it needs to be capable of handeling approx 40 spaces. What do i need?

I would look at outdoor rated access points such as the Ubiquiti http://www.ubnt.com/unifi#apoutplus units. Put conduit to 3 or 4 access points around the site. You already have to provide power and probably water, so you are already trenching. Use POE to power the access points and manage them with free centralized management software. You will want good firewall and client isolation so that each customer can be assured of reasonable privacy. Depending on the nearby surroundings, you may want to use WPA2 on the access points to keep freeloaders off. Use a simple 4 digit code for the security key and rotate it weekly or monthly. Give the code out as part of the check in process.
