8 GB DDR 3 RAM

I am trying to upgrade my PC...........and i am highly in to single player gaming only........Initially i want to upgrade my CPU so can you please suggest me a good CPU which was supported by existing motherboard ,will my current mother board support AMD FX 8320 ......or else suggeSt me new CPU+MOBO.......My BUDGET is 350$......Thanks in advance for your Suggestions.

Solution
I currently have a hd 7770 and I can tell you that it'll run almost every game just fine. I manage to run BF4 on a mix of medium and high settings at a constant 60 fps, but some games like assassins' creed I only manage around 35-40fps on at lowest settings.

Your motherboard will only support the bulldozer cpus, which are an older version of the fx line.
You'll have to get either an fx 6120/6100 or fx 8120/8100. The difference between the 6120/8120 and the 6100/8100 is pretty much just the clock speed, you shouldn't notice much real-world difference between them.

If I were you I'd keep that gpu for now, just upgrade when it's unable to run the games you play at...

Is your motherboard the am3 or am3+ version? If it's am3+, it'll support the fx 8320, but if it's the am3 version it won't.
If your motherboard is the am3 version, I'd just get a new am3+ motherboard and an fx 8320.

You should consider getting the fx 6300 if the price difference is big enough. You shouldn't notice much of a performance difference with your gpu.

Depending on the graphics card you select you will want to upgrade your CPU to at least an FX-4300(4-core) or higher it is approximately 100-110$ for a few more dollars you may get a FX-6300 3.5Ghz (6-core) 120$. The reason why you should keep it around this price it would allow for a great increase in GPU funds which is essential for good gaming. With this you could go for a GTX 760, radeon r9 270x or 290x (250$ish) . The upgrading of you CPU+GPU will give you the greatest improvement to you gaming experience. Just make sure you have a powerful enough psu.

PS. Go with CPUs that have a 3 as the 2nd number like the ones mentioned. They have a better chipset and are also unlocked for OC

Udayi, if you want to stick with he same motherboard I'd recommend getting an fx 6100 or 6120 and sticking with the same gpu for now, since the hd 7770 should be fine for medium settings (unless you want to use higher detail settings).
If you got a new motherboard, you could get the newer fx 6300 cpu. A newer motherboard would also have a later gen. Pcie x16 slot (your current motherboard is only gen. 1), which could prove useful if you upgrade your gpu later.

I personally think you should get a new motherboard and an fx 6300, but you should be fine just getting an fx 6100/6120. Either of these choices would be a huge improvement over your current cpu.

This is something you may like:

Mobo: Gigabyte AM3+ AMD DDR3 1333 760G HDMI USB 3.0 Micro ATX Motherboard GA-78LMT-USB3 (~$65)

CPU's: AMD FD6300WMHKBOX FX-6300 6-Core Processor Black Edition (~$120)
AMD FD6350FRHKBOX FX-6350 FX-Series 6-Core Black Edition (~$140)
AMD FD8320FRHKBOX FX-8320 FX-Series 8-Core Black Edition (~$160) (This is the CPU you previously mentioned. I also happen to use this one and I love it!)

If you decide to go for the Fx-6300 and the MOBO I suggested, you will have roughly $120 dollars for a GPU. If you decide to buy through amazon, the shipping is free for the MOBO and Fx-6300 and there is a $10 rebate on the MOBO which will only last a few more days if you want to take advantage of that now. If not, the rebate shows up very often on this board.

This will give you a decent starting base if you wish to wait on buying a GPU until you have enough money to by a more high-end card.

If you want one now then I would suggest what they have mentioned before, go for the AMD Radeon 7750 HD or AMD Radeon 7700 HD cards since they are similar in price and still have great output. I currently have the AMD Radeon 7750 HD and I am very satisfied with it. But looking to upgrade it as we speak. :p

I would definitely go for the 8350. :) But also, in recent news is, AMD will be discontinuing the Fx line of processors and focusing more on their A-series APUs. So you might as well get the best independent AMD CPU you can. :)

That will be up to you. I hear it will be towards late this year or early next year.

If you get a new mobo and the Fx 8350 you will have to buy a new mobo again if you ever want to go towards the APU direction. Their latest one is the A10-7850K which gives you a quad core at 4.0 speeds with a R7 GPU on it. Which by all means it is very nice. Pricing around $170 dollars. Eventually they will probably be able to produce great hex and octocore APU's but for now if you get their latest APU, you may be stuck their awhile. Since their usually successors are marginally better in different areas. And you may happen to have to buy a separate GPU anyways if the R7 that comes with it, is not up to your liking.

By all means it will be a great choice. :) No guarantee that it will be future proof, but until APU's get a significant development boost or AMD decides to keep going along the Fx line or start a new CPU line, it should keep you satisfied for quite some time!

You are most welcome! Good luck my friend, and happy gaming! Remember if you ever decide to get into OC'ing your processor to invest into a good aftermarket cooler to make sure it stays like an icebox. ;)
