Offline Installation for AC IV?

Hey I bought AC IV yesterday, i wanted to know whether it can be installed completely offline. My gaming PC does not have an internet connection due to a problem but my laptop has one, so I'm comfortable if i need to perform the activation from another pc, just that i can't do it in my gaming pc. And my laptop is too weak to play AC IV in, so no point in installing in it. Thanks in advance.

Many game developers are now moving away from fully offline installations to combat piracy.
