If you are referring to this case: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B005HJMQIS/ref=oh_details_o02_s00_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Then I have the same one as you do. You should be able to plug the power button onto your motherboard.

Here is the inside of my case: http://imgur.com/rouSWIg

If you see below my GPU and next to the giant blue cord (front panel USB 3.0 cord), those little 2-pin cords would go roughly in the same area on your motherboard. Just look around on it and you should see where it tells you which ones should go where. I think the one you are looking for is, "pwr_sys".

If you are talking about those 2pin cables, http://forums.techguy.org/attachments/98364d1170866356/kk-connectors.jpg and those are for the front panel connectors, you should check your MB manual to see where you need plug in. In the manual you should see like this. http://i.fixya.net/uploads/images/cb04e15.jpg

Looks like it should be left of the screw point that is left of your SATA ports. Look on the 2-pin cords at the black tip and read which one is the one for the power cord, then just push it on to the one that matches. It should be the same one where your old power cord went.
