I have 4 GB of RAM installed on my computer but when I go to check it in the task manager, it is showing that I only have 1 GB and that 3 GB are being reserved for hardware. Any idea on how to fix this issue? I have encountered it only recently when I realized that my computer was being unusually sluggish. I have never had this problem in the past and all my RAM was usable before.
