So I recently got a Trojan virus on my computer. This virus was in my system for some time but I finally got system restore disks and fully removed the virus. The day before I removed the virus I noticed that when I went on Skype if I called someone or they called me the Skype screen would freeze but I could hear them. When I tried to control alt delete the screen fully froze and but I could hear the person still. This also happened when I was in a game and tried to alt tab or do something other than a specific program. After the system restore I noticed the problem was still there however. I tried watching a YouTube video and hit ti maximize, the audio played for a bit then quit and I couldn't move my mouse or see anything but the frozen screen. Skype still glitches out too. Could this be a driver problem or cpu problem or memory? I also have to update my computer a ton since I restored it to the day it first came out of the factory. Will my computer specs help at all? I'm really having trouble locating what's causing the problem and how to fix it.
