120$ Over it, but it will be a lot of better than anything else. You can actually save more and get a lot of better performance, but if its too much over it than this will do almost the same job :

Yoann has some great builds there for sure. But you could also take out the after market cooler and the SSD if you wish to save more money.

For the most part, after market coolers are necessary if you plan to overclock your processor, but of course it never hurts to make sure it stays cool.

As for SSD's they are are a bit of a just a luxury item in a sense. They are a bit more reliable than traditional HDD due to the fact they are mainly electronic based storage instead of being mechanical as well as having (for the most part) much faster reading and writing speeds. You probably already know but many people will usually just get a low spaced SSD just for their OS and a few smaller things.

So those two are optional but it does not hurt to have them. :)

If you plan on installing the CM hyper 212 evo cpu cooler, you need to be careful on what RAM sticks you buy. My motherboard has small distance between cpu socket and DDR3 slots. I had to buy low profile ram sticks (http://pcpartpicker.com/part/corsair-memory-cml16gx3m2a1600c9) to be sure they fit under the cpu cooler.
