I have always had problems with uplay, and i am definitely not getting any more games from them. Just wondering - has anyone made it work(thinking about splinter cell blacklist). Always multiplayer problems, unable to even start uplay with good network, and crashes almost instantly after starting anything. Also really bad stuttering, glitched cloud service and i could go on and on.

So again, has anyone made it work, or is it just uplay being messed up?

I hate when they bundle this kind of crapware with any game I buy and force you to use it to launch a game. Now you have to count on the launcher software in addition to a game to work properly. It just adds an additional point of failure into the whole mix. I absolutely hate it. Steam's been partnered with companies for years doing this. Now we have EA's Origin and Ubisoft's uPlay.

It must be that sales increase when they can pop up a daily deal in front of your face each time you launch the launcher otherwise these companies wouldn't waste their time with this junk.

Having said that, I have only used uPlay with Watch Dogs so far. It worked for me fine yesterday.

Ha! Just as I tell you uPlay hasn't given me any problems, on day 2 of using uPlay, I get this:

Never worked though :/

lol :) You are lucky, you had it working for one day, never worked for me

anybody read the article where Ubisoft stated that the game was going to be delayed because it wasn't finished? Upon doing that the company's stock took a nose dive so they rushed it................... same stuff other developers ( EA ) have been doing for years. the consumer is the last people the devs think about. it's all about the money..................

but I wonder if they stop making things over complicated................................ how much things would improve................. and what would happen if the game was ready for release upon release and NO INTERNET CONNECTION required to do anything.........?????? everybody seems to want their own channel. sometimes you're not good enough to have everything. gotta step back and take a good look. wonder how long the CEO would be there if he had the balls to do that?
