Hey, I Would like to build my own gaming pc to play league of legends at a very high fps. I have no Idea what parts I should buy or how much it will cost me. I don't care much about the price I just don't need it going overboard. I was considering the AMD FX-8320 Eight-Core but I have no idea if its necessary or extreme for just running league of legends. I would like it to run exceptionally well, but I don't need overkill by any means.

A guide similar to this would be very nice.

Thanks a lot, really appreciate it.

Here's a third option for you which is the cheapest you could possibly run LoL on at least medium settings:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

Motherboard: MSI A55M-E33 Micro ATX FM2+ Motherboard ($39.99 @ Micro Center)
Memory: Corsair XMS3 4GB (1 x 4GB) DDR3-1333 Memory ($39.99 @ Newegg)

Btw, an FX 8320 is overkill for LoL. The 8-cores will be wasted, LoL probably only uses about 2 cores maximum.

I'm not a tech expert but can I suggest building a computer that can run other games as well. It'd suck if you get a PC that is perfect for LoL but sucks if you decide to get into a fps like battlefield.

An i5 would do you well, its a little more then the FX8320 but it is the gold ribbon winner when it comes to games. This will give you room to upgrade in the future if you find other games you like.
